    Managing Change In the New Normal
    The world has undergone tremendous change. Work systems, processes, and approaches has been different.

    We are now working in the new normal. How are your people coping? Are you still getting the desired results?

    Changes are inevitable in our daily lives. Be in at the workplace or personal context.

    Many a times, we faced the challenges and difficulties in achieving changes and sustaining them.

    Most of the time, it is due to our “Comfort Zone” and lack of “Desire”.

    Our “Desire” comes from our “Wants” and the “Rewards” that comes with it. Sometimes we tend to forgo halfway through because we cannot measure in steps systematically where are we and at what stage.

    His vast training experiences and travels make him a close Business Consultant with numerous corporations, partnering with them in their Organization Development in areas related to Values and Culture, Training Needs Analysis, Training Evaluation and Leadership Competency Model.

    His niche areas are delivering Leadership Competency Related Programs; ie, Project Management, Change Management, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Creativity, Innovation, Negotiations, Diversity Management, Corporate Culture, Mindfulness, Team Enhancement, Communication, People Skills, Coaching and Human Behavioral Science(Psychology/Sociology).
