Creating A Winning Team Culture In Organisations
This course focuses on how to create long-lasting change and how to revamp an organisation with specific focus on team cohesiveness. The modules are divided into five sections, each delving into interesting cutting-edge revelations and practical tips for organisational implementation. There is an opportunity to deep-dive further into each module throughout a breakout creativity session and then a chance for each group to present their module to the rest of the class. These five modules inclusive of group presentations usually takes approximately four hours. The very nature of this successful workshop allows the different departments of a company or institution to interact and make use of the very principles they are learning.
Objective
1. The participant will engage and learn some interesting real-life cutting edge examples of major corporations and blue chip companies that focus on team building and cohesiveness.
2. The participant will learn and understand in detail the five vital and core components of what makes up a 'winning team' and be given a chance to share their own unique views on the 'how' or the steps involved to achieve each core concept.
3. At the end of the session, the participants will have the opportunity to engage in a fun group directed activity, while making use of the five core concepts and then consequently present it to the rest of the class in a creative manner. The idea here is to have them actively involved in each core component, so they become emotionally integrated with the five concepts presented.
