Writing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) - Depth with Clarity
Tedious, technical, troublesome. The three frustrating words that have (unfairly) come to define the writing of manuals and SOPs. Variously known as manual or document writing, SOP writing has grown in stature as concerns with health hazards, safety measures and work
efficiency have poured more and more demanding requirements - and questions - in return for the smooth and sound running of projects and procedures.

DR SUNNY GOH has been on the dictating as well as receiving end of SOPs so much so that he has made it a craft to ask as much as he could as a creator and user of clear instructions. This carefully crafted two-day workshop is aimed at helping SOP writers think precisely, act professionally and write proficiently. Let him hand-hold you through each stage, phase and episode in producing an SOP that can endure time and space.

Even for those who are not likely to craft SOPs in their work, the writing principles of good manual or document writing will also be taught during the course. You'd never know when you would need to draw on these precision writing skills - so better to be specific than to be sorry!

"I half expect the course to be boring, and the other half to be difficult. Sunny made both ends meaningful." PA (June 2017)

"Sunny made technical writing look easy, and specs writing appear appealing. Not an easy task when we have too much info and too little space." Chapman International (Oct 2018)
