GRACE TAN is an accomplished Adult Educator with 30 years of experience in facilitation, coaching and consulting. Prior to that, her experiences include being a Project Manager to a Talent Development Manager in the hospitality industry. Her responsibilities include Project Management, Sales and Marketing, Training, Coaching, Facilitating as well as Quality Assurance.
Grace’s passion and strengths are in creativity and innovation, problem solving, design thinking, quality improvement and service excellence. She has trained, developed, coached and helped implement quality improvement projects and service culture in numerous organisations. She was awarded the top trainer/dedication award by NPB in 1992 and Master Trainer by PSB and MOM for the Foreign Workers Orientation Program. Her innovation & quality coaching workshops have empowered more than 200 teams from different organisations achieved awards and recognition on national and international levels. She was invited by Mauritius National Productivity and Competitiveness Council as an International Juror for its yearly National Productivity & Quality Competition.
