Welcome to the workshop where you master professionalism (code of behavior at workplace) to make yourself marketable, memorable and succeed in business. Success in ANY industry relies on relationships - the lifeblood of business - whether with co-workers, clients, suppliers, or investors. When you’re aware of workplace behavioral expectations, professionally considerate in dealing with others, you create engaging, productive, and long-term business relationships. As such, it is important to learn how to professionally conduct one’s self in the company of others. This is where business etiquette comes in. This workshop will introduce participants to the fundamentals of business etiquette every professional should master, as well as provide guidelines for the practice of business etiquette across different situations in a professional life and on the international stage.

Understand the fundamentals of Professionalism
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to convey the right image branding and behavior in a business environment, for example:

- Master professional etiquette, the do’s and don’ts and provide an example of how etiquette can be of value to a company or organization or cost an organization if no etiquette.
- Understand the guidelines on how to make effective introductions
- Identify the 3 C’s of a good first and lasting impression to strengthen your persona.
- Identify at least one way to minimize nervousness while in business social situations.
- Understand how and when to use business card effectively.
- Identify and practice at least one way to remember names or wow a person
- Identify the 3 steps in giving a “handshake”.
- Enumerate and master the four levels of conversation , and provide an example for each.
- Understand basic table manners for business social get-together.
- Understand the protocol in ordering in a restaurant, handling alcohol in a business meal, paying the bill, and tipping.
- Understand basic guidelines when it comes to the proper form of address, grammar standards, and use of acronyms in e-mails.
- Understand basic guidelines in the use of the telephone, voicemail, and cell phone.
- State the difference between a formal and an informal letter.
- Understand the meaning of colors, accessories in dressing for success.
- Differentiate among the dressy casual, semi-formal, formal and black tie dress code.

- Understand basic guidelines in international business etiquette (Do’s and Don’ts).

Juliana Mamoni - “Entrepreneur”, Founder and Director of a famous Lifestyle & Etiquette Institute of Singapore - is a globally recognised Lifestyle Expert, known by many as “The Life Guru” (Expat Living Singapore). She has a BA in Economics with a further degree in Hotel Management (in Berlin), a diploma in Men’s Fashion Design (in Milan) where she was coached by an assistant to the acclaimed late designer Gianni Versace and holds a certificate in Basic Rules of Protocol & Soft Diplomacy (in Brussels) and in Introduction Psychology (Yale) in High-stakes Leadership (University of Michigan) and in NLP Practioner & Life Coaching (accredited).
