This course develops skills to evaluate business goals, engage stakeholders, redesign job roles, and address skill gaps. It also covers cost-effective methods to acquire skills and establish monitoring and evaluation guidelines for Sustainability.
Objective
This course will equip participants with the capability to thoroughly examine their organization's strategic business goals and objectives. By the end of this course, participants will have the ability to:
- Evaluate an organization's strategic business goals and objectives with a focus on Sustainability, and implement appropriate measures to support these objectives.
- Effectively engage with key stakeholders to develop a workforce that is equipped to tackle Sustainability challenges.
- Apply processes to redesign job roles and responsibilities in order to align with Sustainability goals.
- Identify and analyze skill gaps within the organization, and develop plans to address these gaps.
- Evaluate cost-effective methods for acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge required for implementing SMART Manufacturing and Sustainability initiatives.
