    Creative Thinking for Government, Education and Public Sector
    Rapid changes in social, political and technological factors are reshaping how the government, education and public sector are performing their functions.
    Thus, the ability to think out of the box is essential in the government, education and public sector.

    However, when it comes to being creative in the above context, there are two specific challenges:
    • There are multiple stakeholders involved in the government, education and public sector
    • There are certain policy frameworks that might define the “boundaries” of creativity and restrict the freedom to innovate

    He holds an MBA from ESSEC Graduate School of Management in France and a Bachelor of Social Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
