    Organizations sense the increasing external pressures and acknowledge the need for involvement, yet they often adopt an engagement strategy unquestioningly, overlooking their grasp of it and their motives for its implementation. They mistakenly confine stakeholder engagement within the realms of public relations or communication efforts. Many struggle to establish a connection between engagement and their fundamental business operations, facing difficulties in fostering internal awareness and enthusiasm.
