    The Enneagram of Personality is a model of human personality. It has been widely promoted in both business management and spiritual contexts through seminars, conferences, books, magazines, and DVDs.

    In business contexts, it is generally used as a typology to gain insights into workplace dynamics; The Enneagram is a powerful tool for self-understanding, self-development, management, team development and even, sales.

    In "The 9 Inborn Personalities In Your Team - Highly Effective Management Through Enneagram", Ken Casimir Koh will give the insights into the 9 Enneagram Personalities, team synergy and how a team can be raised to Peak Performance through a deeper understanding of the individual’s Inborn Personality.

    By the end of the workshop, you will:

    • Be introduced to the 9 different Personality Types and how to identify key traits in your team members
    • Be able to identify the Physical traits and styles of each Type
    • Learn about the 9 distinct Communication style and how to better connect and engage with each type
    • Understand the decision making style of each Type
    • Learn about the deep desires and fears of each Type
      How to motivate each type and better align with project objectives
    • Be able to identity Stress of individuals and how to mitigate its effect
    • Be able to identify personality warning signs and recommend intervention to help
    • Be able to induce Personality Growth in your team members and your team
    • Be able to better manage conflicts and build a closer team
    Outline
    The training session starts with a basic test to help individuals identify their Enneagram Type.
    Through a series of Mindfulness Practices, Discussion, Sharing and Experiential exercises, trainees will learn to:
    • Recognise the Pattern of Self
    • Enhanced level of Awareness, Honesty and Acceptance towards Self
    • Becoming better Connected with Self and establish better understanding
    • Projecting an aligned and consistently peak performing you.

    The Nine Types Of Team Members -Enneagram Perspective
    • Be able to recognise and deeply appreciate the uniqueness and traits of each of the Nine Enneagram types and their natural inborn traits.
    • Through narrative sharing, learn how each type thinks, feels and reacts to various situations and scenarios
    • The unique and distinct styles of each Type:
        -Communication
        -Physical
        -Decision Making Style
    • Discover the Growth and Stress Direction of each Enneagram Type and how best you can synergise
    • Discover how to create a highly synergistic team built for various organisation objectives
    • Create a deep Awareness, Honest and Acceptance among the team and how to use Enneagram to create a harmonious and Peak Performing environment.
