Ramesh Rao holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and in finance, and an MBA in supply chain management & strategic finance. He is a certified design thinking facilitator, a certified lean six sigma master black belt (MBB), certified agile & project management professional. Ramesh is also a certified digital strategy & digital transformation consultant & trainer. Ramesh is an adult education & facilitation specialist holding a diploma in adult continued education (DACE) from IAL (SUSS). Having 30 plus years of international experience in leadership, consultancy & training role in the design, process, automation, operations, supply chain, quality & finance in multiple industries (manufacturing, financial services, food & beverages, healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, R&D start-ups and more), Ramesh has successfully applied design thinking methodology in various organizations such as large MNCs, local SMEs, tech Start-ups, non-profit organizations, across many cultures and customer base with the successful outcome that enhanced user experience, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and significant financial benefits to clients.
