    Develop Persuasive Win-Win Writing Techniques for Correspondences
    Getting your readers to agree with your point-of-view and meeting your requirements demand effective writing skills. You not only need to influence your readers’ perception, but you also need to gain their buy-ins. In this course, you will learn how to observe writing etiquette, write concisely with a persuasive tone and know the right time to send your message can gain readers’ attention and cooperation effectively. By acquiring the crisp concepts of writing techniques, with group works and individual hands-on writing practices, learners will go away with enhanced knowledge and skills to better in writing style.

    Profile of Daniel Ng
    Daniel Ng is a professional trainer for adult learners for a decade. His expertise includes teaching WSQ WPLN Workplace English to adult learners, WSQ Service Excellence courses for both public learners and private organisations. He was also an adjunct lecturer teaching lifeskill and business communication courses to teenagers and adult learners at the ITE College. He is an award-winning trainer with the institute that he is training at currently. Daniel is noted for being patient and encouraging to his learners. He helps them gain confidence in learning and apply the knowledge acquired. Prior to being a professional trainer, he has over 15 years of corporate experience progressing from a manager to head of department, director and eventually running his own event management company. He developed and organised many high level C-suite events regionally. From his corporate experience, Daniel has developed effective writing techniques. He is efficacious in persuading his audience to see from his perspective in his correspondences.
