    Everything is negotiable. We negotiate every day, whether we realise it or not. Many a time, our success depends on us achieving a win-win agreement in a negotiation. Whether negotiating with suppliers, external customers, internal customers or other colleagues, every negotiation scenario is unique and can be challenging in different ways. In order to consistently achieve successful results, we need to have the right strategies, the right skills and most importantly the win-win negotiator’s mindset.
    Objective

    Johnny is a passionate and dynamic speaker, trainer, and coach with more than 20 years of experience in developing and conducting impactful and transformational training and presentations to a wide range of audiences.     He is a graduate of University of London with an Honours Degree of Science (Economics - Management Studies), he holds the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), the Master Hypnotist Diploma, and the 5 PATH Hypnotherapist Diploma.
