In the Public Service, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is commonly used to help organisations manage their performance. Implementing the BSC requires the development of a strategy map and the identification of key relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure and monitor how successful your agency is in achieving the strategic objectives.
Through real-time interactions and hands-on exercises, this programme aims to equip you with the key concepts of the BSC. You will be able to identify appropriate KPIs for measuring the success of your organisational goals.
