We are living in an era of informative education and engaging social media. It is not uncommon to see Executives speaking confidently on social media to market their company’s products and services. This is the New Normal. Children as young as Primary 1 are already learning the skills of “Show & Tell” in school. What are the speaking & presentation skills expected of us as Leaders in our workplace? Leaders who are not able to present information confidently may not gain the confidence and respect from their young team of leaders.
