    2. Plan Your Communication So That People Will Listen
    • Apply an effective technique to organize your thoughts succinctly
    • Position your message to attract your audience’s attention

    3. Build Rapport And Get Buy-In
    • Use NLP techniques to build rapport and move your agenda forward
    • Learn practical tips to project confidence and build trust when you speak

    4. Understand The Power Of Listening And Audience Centric Approach
    • Practise active communication using ACES
    • Adopt audience centric approach by asking insightful questions

    5. Use Images To Create Memorable Conversation
    • Adopt figurative language to increase impact of your communication
    • Use verbal bridges to lead the conversation to your goal

    6. Redirect Tough Conversation Professionally
    • Apply techniques to tactfully redirect a tough conversation
