    The main objective of any presenter is to deliver a message clearly to the audience. However, to deliver a great presentation, you must be able to understand the audience profile and connect with them.

    However, It is also essential to create a ‘wow’ factor and deliver with confidence. And when ending your presentation, close with a positive note or call for action for your audience to remember your message.

    Speaker Profile
    Francis Claudius has more 29 years of training experience. He is a professional trainer, and facilitator and was an in-house training consultant too. 

    He has a passion for human development to excel in their work or personal life as well. He conducts the training in a lively manner with enthusiasm, passion, and dedication in an interactive style by engaging participants to contribute ideas and their experiences. He is well verse with the adult learning approach and applies it. 

    Francis is also a good speaker too with strong vocal strength. He has participated in topics presented in the events of the International Association of Master Trainers (IAMT). He had received a Bronze Certificate for being the Best Presenter at one time. He holds a Competent Toastmaster and Competent Leader Award from the Toastmasters International.
