Daily we are constantly facing the challenges of dealing with incoming "stuff " such as emails, calls, information packs, messages, interruptions, difficulty of having to say "no", our own thoughts having to handle too many tasks or even a random breakdown of personal items. At work, whatever it is, how we have to response to this stuff in an effective and efficient way. It will require techniques and skills in making better choices and decisions within the available time. In our jobs, we also do at time experience pressure. Too much pressure over a sustained period can however lead to a negative stressful situation. We should realize that stress is an "invisible disease" and can affect us, our colleagues, our employer and those closest to us. Francis Claudius has more than 30 years of training experience. He is a professional trainer and facilitator. He has also been an in-house training consultant in a Learning and OD Department.
