    To work with a multi-generational workforce, you need to understand the diversity of your colleagues and apply appropriate strategies to ensure a more productive, collaborative and innovative work environment. Learning about differences in approaches to work and communication between multi-generations ensures colleagues of each generation feel included, respected, and supported.

    This 1-day program will enable you to develop deeper insight of your colleagues, along with the best practices for engaging and leading an age-diverse team. Realize the value of common understanding by getting to know your colleagues on a personal and professional level.
